Part Time Retail Associate - Ballard Flagship Store

Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Shift: weekdays, weekends & evenings as needed 

Pay: $22-24 plus generous employee discounts 

 Responsibilities 

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner 
  • Maintain the store’s appearance, including dusting, tidying, and restocking as needed 
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and sharing product knowledge 
  • Provide product and brand knowledge to customers 
  • Help process incoming inventory 
  • Additional tasks as assigned 

Skills/Requirements 

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a willingness to learn 
  • Strong retail sales background – love to sell 
  • an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and a love to sell 
  • Able to work independently and self-manage 
  • Detail-oriented and punctual
