    Won’t stay lit

    Great scent but they will NOT stay lit

    Matthew, we're sorry to hear about your experience with our wicks, and we appreciate the kind words about the scent. :) While we <3 wood wicks for many reasons, they can be a little trickier than their cotton counterparts. We recommend trimming the wood wick down to about 1/8', as the wax needs to 'climb' the wick to hold the flame. Be sure to remove any charred bits from the last burn, too.

    If you love our scents and just can't seem to make the wood wicks work, we recently started offering cotton wicks for some of the best-sellers on our website. Hope this helps!
