Cool lable, love the colors and design. Smells good....but it won't stay lit. It's super frustrating. I know wood wicks can be tricky, but have used many wood wicks before without issue. Waste of money unfortunately.
Julie, we're sorry to hear about your experience with our wicks, and we appreciate the kind words about our designs and scents. :) While we <3 wood wicks for many reasons, they can be a little trickier than their cotton counterparts, like you mentioned. For our specific wicks, we recommend trimming the wood down to about 1/8', as the wax needs to 'climb' the wick to hold the flame. Be sure to remove any charred bits from the last burn, too.
