We want to reassure you that this fragrance has not changed—we continue to use the same high-quality, non-toxic ingredients you’ve come to know and love.

It’s important to note that the way a fragrance is experienced can vary depending on the product type. For example, our room sprays deliver undiluted fragrance directly, while our candles diffuse scent more gently as the soy wax burns. This difference can affect how the notes present themselves in each form.

As a small, hands-on team, we carefully quality-check every product before it leaves our door. Because of this and our handmade, small-batch process, we’re unable to offer refunds for used products. That said, we greatly appreciate your feedback and are always here to help answer any questions about our products.
