Awesome

I was given this candle for a gift about 3 years ago and I have been meaning to order one many times. Today I went to the website and tried to duplicate this candle but it said the 14oz. was unavailable and also the cotton wick was unavailable. Does this mean right now they are unavailable but will be available in the near future? The aroma of this candle is unbelievable. It is my all time favorite aroma.

Smells great but has design flaws

This candle is so fun and smells amazing, but this was a bust for me. The candle burned for a total of 4 hours before it was gone. The label burned and shriveled up during use and left a burn mark on my dresser. So sad! Tough to pay $25 for a candle and have it ruin your furniture :(

Thanks for sharing the photos. Our candle labels are printed on matte BOPP, a heat-resistant material designed for products like candles, and they normally won’t burn or melt from the heat generated during a typical candle burn. Because of that, the damage to your label appears unusual and suggests the label may have been exposed to heat or flame on the outside of the tin.

The mark on the surface underneath the candle looks consistent with heat transfer from a metal container during a longer burn. Metal tins can become quite warm, which is why our warning labels recommend burning candles on a heat-resistant surface or coaster.
